The Italian School of Gelato originated from the cooperation between the University of Flavours and Maestri della Gelateria Italiana (the Masters of Italian Gelateria), an association with some of Italy’s most
important accredited professionals in the artisanal gelato sector. A new reality which is, at the same time, rich of experience, skills and professionalism. Its objective is to attest the origin of artisan ice cream and to talk about the ice cream’s world – from the production to the business organization, from marketing to communication. Italian School of Gelato aims to train new artisan gelato makers so that they can get their own independence both like professionals and entrepreneurs in this sector.
